Must Have
10+ years of software engineering experience, track record of leading technical strategy in complex, multi-team environments, expertise in several areas of scalable system architecture, experience partnering closely with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders, experience navigating complex technical discussions with multiple senior stakeholders, experience identifying and solving systemic technical problems impacting multiple teams
Nice to Have
preferably in enterprise software or B2B SaaS (or equivalent experience in related technical leadership roles), experience in areas like technical debt management, architectural evolution, or cross-team coordination
