Must Have
15 years of overall experience with at least 7 years in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture, Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations, Deep hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, etc.), Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or large-scale supply chain organisations, Hands-on SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience in greenfield or brownfield programs, Prior experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP), Experience contributing to distributed, global SAP teams

Define and drive Coupang’s SAP transformation across key business domains
integrated SAP S/4 HANA solutions
Lead solution architecture
Define end-to-end business process designs
Guide technical teams
Ensure SAP platforms meet enterprise-class standards
Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture road map
Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices
and cloud deployment models
Review functional and technical specifications
high-performance SAP solutions
Identify opportunities for automation
and system optimisation
Mentor SAP functional and technical teams
Drive architectural governance and design reviews
Ensure SAP platforms meet enterprise-class SLAs
Lead the architecture and design of SAP solutions across modules such as FI/CO
Architect end-to-end business processes aligned to Coupang’s e-commerce
and fulfilment operations
Define integration patterns between SAP and internal Coupang systems
Support major SAP initiatives including rollouts
and greenfield/brownfield implementations
