12 years related experience with Bachelor's, 8 years related experience with Master's, 5 years related experience with PhD, Hands-on experience in lithium-ion cell manufacturing, Hands-on experience in product qualification, Familiarity with battery-specific metrology, Command of quality and problem-solving tools, Ability to navigate cultural and organizational dynamics, Track record of developing manufacturing process documentation, Working knowledge of battery safety standards, Working knowledge of certification pathways, Cross-functional communication, Comfortable presenting technical findings
