Must Have

BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, 5–8 years of experience in semiconductor product, test, or design engineering, ideally within sustaining or lifecycle roles, experience in yield analysis, margin improvement, and cross-functional technical problem solving, Familiarity with ATE platforms such as Advantest or Teradyne, or equivalent bench test environments, Experience with statistical process control, data analysis, and design of experiments, Fluent professional English (written and spoken)

Experience working across global manufacturing sites and supplier networks, Proficiency with tools such as Excel, JMP, Galaxy, dataConductor, or similar analysis platforms, Exposure to high-speed serial interfaces, video/datacom systems, or JEDEC/Mil quality standards, documentation discipline and structured engineering approach, Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced production environments with competing priorities
