We are looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer to join our Berlin team, working across our entire product surfaces to raise our standards for design excellence, define a design vision, and tackle our hardest design problems. This role reports directly to our VP of Design and partners with Design Directors, Senior Managers, and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Medical, and Data. You will contribute to the implementation of our AI Product Strategy aiming at making the lives of Healthcare professionals better, and to provide better care to patients. As a Sr Staff Product Designer you will play a key role to create an intuitive and delightful experience, enabling Healthcare providers to spend less time on non-medical tasks. For Patients you will redefine the care journey for patients putting AI at the centre of our patient facing app. You will be working across multiple domains and continuously raising the quality bar, drive best in class visual and interaction design, push the boundaries on new interaction patterns and elevate execution excellence across our most strategic product areas.
