Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience, Focus on launching automotive Body-in-White production lines, Technical expertise in advanced automotive joining technologies, Technical expertise in automated framing systems, Technical expertise in dimensional engineering using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Experience developing technical specifications, Experience managing deliverables with automation partners, Willingness to travel for equipment buyoffs and line installations, Proficiency with CATIA, Proficiency with AutoCAD

Experience scaling production within an automotive Body-in-White (BIW) or Paint shop environment, Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management integration, Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems integration, Experience utilizing advanced factory simulation tools, Experience utilizing layout validation tools
