Senior Staff Manager – Business Systems Department: Business Systems Group (BSG) Location: Bengaluru, India (Onsite) Reports To: Vice President, BSG About the Role We are seeking a Senior Staff Manager – Business Systems to serve as a single point of contact for business across Netradyne’s web application ecosystem, spanning eCommerce platforms, corporate website, middleware, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise integrations. This role requires strong depth across front-end, back-end, API, data, and cloud-connected architecture, with accountability to design, build, modernize, and scale business-critical applications end-to-end while driving high engineering standards. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of business-critical platforms across web applications, eCommerce, middleware, and data ecosystems. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with clear architecture, implementation plans, and reusable patterns. Drive full-stack architecture decisions across front-end, backend, APIs, integrations, and data flows. Design robust integration patterns using API-first, service-oriented, and event-driven approaches.
