What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related field, 5+ years of experience in robotics system, subsystem, or technology design, Proven hands-on experience integrating robotic systems, Experience with advanced robotics, Strong understanding of key robotic technologies, Experience working at the hardware–software boundary, Familiarity with C/C++ and/or Python, Familiarity with Robotics frameworks (ROS / ROS2), Familiarity with Simulation and virtual commissioning tools, Exposure to AI/ML and perception systems, Ability to support customer engagements, evaluations, and technical discussions, Experience operating across matrixed teams, Able to bridge technical and commercial stakeholders, Able to translate customer needs into clear system requirements
Nice to Have
M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related fields, 10+ years of experience in robotic systems and subsystem development, Experience with robotics platforms, Experience with simulation tools, Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality robotic hardware and/or software systems, Exposure to State-of-the-Art Physical AI, Exposure to Robotic perception / awareness systems, Experience working within robotics ecosystems, Experience supporting technical workshops, demos, or customer enablement activities
