Act as a talent consultant to the C-suite and senior leadership

Lead end-to-end executive searches across all global functions—from initial research and sourcing to complex offer negotiations and closing.

Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies that prioritize a global network of high-caliber talent.

Partner with Finance and Total Rewards to design and negotiate sophisticated compensation packages

including equity structures and performance incentives.

Provide market mapping

competitive intelligence

and real-time pipeline health reports to inform leadership decision-making.

Standardize and optimize the executive hiring journey
