What You'll Do.
Meaningfully increase the probability that n8n wins in the AI-native future by rapidly identifying
and building the next generation of AI-native products and experiences
Operate as part of a small
high-caliber skunkworks team focused on creating entirely new products from zero
Continuously explore emerging shifts in AI interfaces
and autonomy through hands-on experimentation and ecosystem research
Stay deeply connected to the AI ecosystem through founder networks
Identify unmet needs and future opportunities that could shape n8n’s long-term product direction
and launch new AI-native product ideas with minimal support and high autonomy
Operate with a highly scrappy
execution-first mindset across product
Pull in the right tooling
or external support when needed to move quickly and unblock progress
Use structured thinking
and experimentation to evaluate what n8n should invest in over the next 1–3 years
Validate ideas through user conversations
and fast feedback loops rather than long planning cycles
Bring product intuition and reasoning to help leadership navigate ambiguity and emerging AI trends
Work closely with n8n’s founder and Product leadership to workshop ideas
evaluate opportunities
and pressure-test assumptions
Bring structured thinking
and experimentation to help guide future product investment decisions
Share insights and discoveries with the wider organization to help n8n stay ahead of the AI landscape
