REQUIREMENTS: * Total Experience 8+ years * Strong advanced expertise in Natural/ADABAS or Cobol/DB2 * Intermediate knowledge of JCL * Strong programming and coding fundamentals * Hands-on experience with batch and online (transactional) applications * Good understanding of mainframe architecture and database concepts * Exposure to mainframe modernization is an added advantage * Experience with debugging and issue analysis on mainframe systems * Familiarity with tools like NaturalONE (or similar editors), job schedulers, and Jira RESPONSIBILITIES: * Writing and reviewing great quality code. * Analyze existing applications and document business logic, technical design, and process flow * Understand requirements and deliver high-quality code within defined timeline * Perform unit testing and ensure code meets quality standards * Debug, analyze, and resolve production issues, providing timely fixes or workarounds * Maintain and update technical documentation for enhancements and fixes * Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and status reporting * Support and mentor team members as needed * Contribute to continuous improvement and modernization initiatives * Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines ## Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
