Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable full-stack systems across multiple teams and services, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance. Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js) systems. Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams to align technical execution with business goals. Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and contribute to high-quality design discussions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed systems and user-facing interfaces. Mentor and guide engineers and technical leads, fostering continuous learning and engineering best practices. Contribute to architectural decisions, evaluate emerging technologies, and shape the long-term technical roadmap. Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and system observability. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards across all engineering deliverables. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 7+ years in full-stack development. Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript. Proven experience in system design, API design, and large-scale distributed architectures. Solid understanding of microservices, cloud-native applications, and containerized environments. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and drive solutions effectively. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional teams.
