REQUIREMENTS: * Total Experience 8+ years * Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM. * Strong experience in Workday integration development and support. * Expertise in EIBs (Inbound/Outbound, User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation * Experience with Workday Business Process configuration and support. * Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting and BIRT report development * Functional understanding of Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Employee Management Systems (EMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) * Experience with Workday Security configuration and administration. * Good understanding of ITSM processes and tools. * Workday Certification is preferred. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a global environment with overlap to US/UK business hours. * Preferred work schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across enterprise applications and third-party systems. * Develop and maintain integrations using EIBs (User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads, Inbound/Outbound), Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, HR teams, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Workday
