Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business and HR transformation goals. Act as a senior Subject Matter Expert for Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Organization Management, and employee lifecycle processes. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Workday solutions. Drive Workday release cycles, including impact assessment, testing, validation, and deployment support activities. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Workday functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and configuration issues across Workday environments. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, test plans, and configuration guides. Lead workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training activities to ensure effective adoption of Workday solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and support continuous improvement of delivery practices. Requirements: 9+ years of experience in Workday HCM configuration, support, and functional consulting roles. Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Organization Management. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions. Deep understanding of Workday architecture, business processes, security framework, and configuration best practices. Experience managing Workday enhancements, releases, testing cycles, and production support in enterprise environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex functional issues.
