REQUIREMENTS: * Total Experience 9+ years * Strong experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support. * Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules and business processes. * Hands-on experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Organization Management, and Employee Lifecycle Management. * Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred. * Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions. * Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security concepts, organizational structures, and configuration best practices. * Experience leading Workday enhancements, releases, testing, and production support activities. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex functional issues. * Experience creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation. * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders. * Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members. * Experience working in Agile development and project delivery environments. * Workday HCM Certification is preferred. * Experience supporting global HR processes and enterprise-scale Workday environments is a plus. * Availability to wo
