## Accountabilities Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions that align with business and technology objectives Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and scalable design principles Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions Drive system integration, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across ERP platforms Review technical designs, code quality, and engineering processes to ensure reliability, maintainability, and security Mentor engineers and contribute to the professional growth of technical team members Support strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and the adoption of modern engineering practices Requirements: Extensive experience in ERP development, implementation, and enterprise application architecture Strong expertise in designing and delivering complex, large-scale enterprise technology solutions Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions across multiple teams Deep understanding of software engineering principles, system integration, scalability, and performance optimization Experience working with enterprise platforms, business process automation, and digital transformation programs Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environments Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Benefits: Competitive compensation package Flexible and remote-friendly work environment Opportunity to work on large-scale global digital transformation projects
