We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant with a strong background in Business Intelligence to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade BI solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work across the full BI lifecycle—from raw data ingestion to insightful dashboards—while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, from raw data to dashboard, aligned with industry best practices * Lead BI solution architecture using AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI * Provide accurate effort estimation and planning for BI initiatives * Deliver enterprise-scale BI implementations, covering ETL, data modeling, and visualization in production environments * Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure scalable and high-performance solutions * Lead and mentor a small team of junior data professionals * Manage and oversee delivery of BI projects with varying levels of complexity * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Required Skills & Experience * Strong experience in Business Intelligence and Data Engineering * Proven expertise in AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda or similar services) * Hands-on experience with Snowflake * Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design) * Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline design * Experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions in production environments * S
