Must Have
Total Experience 10+ years, working experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture, hands-on experience architecting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, Deep knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, governor limits, and performance optimization, experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and authentication mechanisms, Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), and Salesforce development lifecycle, Experience with DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

What You'll Do.
Writing and reviewing great quality code
Define the system landscape
identify gaps between current and desired states
and prepare a Salesforce roadmap
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept to gather requirements
Review and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce solutions
Guide the team on Salesforce best practices
Design solutions for at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales
Work with Product Owners to groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog and coordinate with stakeholders
Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
Advise on customization and development
Design and architect integrations using Salesforce APIs (SOAP
REST) and other systems
Supervise release management
and quality assurance
Document and illustrate designs with clear justifications
and direct a multi-disciplinary Salesforce team
