In this highly influential role, you will serve as a go-to technical authority, providing advanced support to Field Sales and Service teams while acting as the final escalation point for complex product challenges. You’ll ensure our customers and teams receive best-in-class technical guidance when it matters most. Beyond support, you will be deeply embedded in new product development, bringing critical field and service perspectives into the design process. Your expertise will help ensure that products are delivered to the market fully optimized, reliable, and issue-free. You’ll also lead the creation and release of service product literature, ensuring our teams have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the field. This is an onsite role based at our Advanced Engineering Development Center in New Freedom, PA. Candidates must be commuting distance to the facility, or able to relocate.
