BSc in Electrical or Computer Engineering, 7+ years of experience in high-speed board design, Experience in taking at least two products from inception to launch, Proficient with at least one ECAD tool, Proficient in hands on trouble shooting, Proficient in using lab equipment and debugging tools, Experience working in a cross-functional team, Experience with design controls, 1+ years of Mentorship/Leadership experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-2, IC 60601-2-18, IEC 60601-2-2, Experience with Analog circuits, Microcontroller hardware and software experience, Experience in a work environment with rapid growth, Quick scope changes experience
What You'll Do.
Design digital electronics
Prototype digital electronics
Develop digital electronics
Perform high speed board design
Own component selection
Lead interoperability between boards
Understand power requirements
Provide input to power requirements
Support FPGA connectivity
Support on-board Processor connectivity
Conduct technical design reviews
Bring-up prototype circuit boards
Develop test protocols
Develop test fixtures
Document test results
Document failure analysis
Provide technical support
Maintain existing products
Support vendor technical questions
Coordinate electrical safety testing
Support electrical safety testing
Coordinate EMC certification testing
Support EMC certification testing
Perform design control functions
Ensure regulatory compliance
Participate in ownership of Design History Files
Lead junior engineers
Mentor junior engineers
Investigate new technologies
