Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, RF Engineering, or related field, 8+ years of experience, 5+ years of experience in Power system design, Design for EMI, Proficiency in simulation tools, Proficiency in schematic capture and PCBA layout tools, Demonstrated expertise in electrical high-power systems (100 kW+), C/DC, DC/DC converters, inverter/rectifier systems, Experience with conceptual design of AC/DC power distribution, generation, conversion, energy storage systems, Experience with military standards, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-1399, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-464, Experience with Power Modeling/Simulation Software, PSpice, Knowledge of high voltage/High-current safety, grounding, shielding, Experience in Conducted and Radiated emission and Susceptibility Design, Experience with Automatic Transfer Switches, US Citizenship, ability to obtain/maintain security clearance
Nice to Have
Familiarity with military or aerospace standards for RF systems, Experience translating test requirements into test procedures, demonstrated knowledge of operating test equipment, Experience coordinating root cause and corrective action investigation, Experience analyzing systems requirements to develop overall power architecture for military applications, support of proposals for new business, Experience with military power generation systems, HMETT A3, AMMPS Generators
