As a Senior Staff Engineer within Coupang’s Growth Engineering team, you will be instrumental in architecting and developing a next-generation CRM platform. You will lead initiatives to ensure the platform delivers an end-to-end campaign management including Campaign Plan, Target Customer Selection, Promotion optimization, Product Selection, Creative Management, Landing Page Creation and Campaign Performance Measurement. Design a real-time decision engine to empower downstream services across the Growth Engineering ecosystem.
