What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on in software QA, with expertise in both manual and automated testing., Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to automation framework and long-term maintainability., Good hands-on experience in planning, executing, and delivering comprehensive end-to-end product testing., Experience with necessary testing tools such as ticket/defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)., Identify and accelerate defects to the development team for correction, and retest once defects have been corrected. Track defects and causal analysis to closure., Solid experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins and optimizing execution performance., Familiar with SQL and understanding of relational databases., time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines., Comfortable working in an Agile environment with a collaborative team mindset., verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., Ability to extract relevant information from documentation and clearly identify necessary actions., multi-tasking skills, with a proactive approach to handling requests and ensuring follow-up until resolution.
Nice to Have
Scrum Master certification a plus.
