Must Have
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, 5 to 8 years of professional QA experience with customer-facing enterprise applications, Manual testing, approaches, and test planning, Database knowledge, testing and SQL query writing, API testing, Test documentation, test management, test execution, and reporting skills, Ability to think outside the box for testing applications, Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (English), Ability to understand business processes and logic, Ability to escalate issues to the relevant teams in a timely manner, Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented agile environment with distributed team structure, Ability to work independently, Problem solving and analytical skills, Mindset to troubleshoot and identify the problem

What You'll Do.
Understand business domain/product/requirements
Participate in product design reviews
develop & maintain Test Cases/Scripts
Configure and maintain testing environments
System & Performance testing
Ensure software defects are collected and tracked
Report defects to the project team
Report recommendations or alternatives
Liaison with product developers
Work closely with development counterparts
Maintain up-to-date QA/Process/Product related artifacts
Maintain awareness of quality teamwork progress
Advise management on recommendations
Make recommendations for continuous process improvement
Contribute to product and process improvements
Refine QA best practices
