Job Description WHAT YOU GET TO DO * Handle inbound and make outbound calls, emails, and chats from real estate agents regarding their Equator account, password resets, and technical issues - these are warm leads, no cold calling * Upsell real estate agents' current memberships for added value in receiving qualified leads for property listings * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Equator platform * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Equator's services * Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system * Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities * Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase customer retention * Generate and qualify leads * Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Equator's product updates * Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills ## Qualifications Qualifications Any Graduate with +3 years experience in sales support job preferred from Mortgage Domain.
