_**Job Description:**_ **Regulatory Compliance & Documentation** * Ensure full compliance with national/local EHS regulations, statutory requirements, permits, and codes. * Maintain documentation and audit readiness for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and internal/external assessments. * Ensure compliance with environmental norms and statutory reporting requirements. **EHS Systems, SOPs & Emergency Preparedness** * Develop, implement, and maintain EHS procedures, SOPs, and emergency response plans. * Maintain and inspect fire protection systems (hydrants, extinguishers, alarms, detectors, emergency lighting). * Coordinate fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency preparedness activities, ensuring timely servicing and certification of fire safety equipment. **Contractor Safety Management** * Manage contractor safety through PTW, JHA, WMS reviews, and continuous performance monitoring. * Conduct competency assessments and ensure adherence to safe work practices. **Incident Management & Safety Culture** * Investigate reportable and non-reportable incidents using established tools. * Prepare detailed incident reports with corrective and preventive actions; track closure to prevent recurrence. * Promote HAZINER and safety concern reporting to strengthen proactive hazard identification. * Communicate key learnings across teams to enhance safety culture. **Training & Awareness** * Conduct EHS induction, refresher training, and competency evaluations for employees and contractors. * Develop toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and awareness programs to improve safety behaviour and risk awareness. **Audits, Inspections & Monitoring** * Plan and execute internal EHS audits, 5S audits, and routine site inspections. * Support external audits by certification bodies, clients, and corporate teams. * Coordinate weekly 5S and safety audits across Bangalore locations**.** * Conduct environmental monitoring (air, water, noise, illumination, ventilation) and maintain statutory records. **Cro
