Must Have
Graduate degree in Engineering (e.g., Structural, Mechanical, Chemical, Fire) or related discipline, 2-3 years of experience working within a risk and/or insurance environment, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and data management tools, Project management / project coordination skills, Solid understanding of Property Risk consulting, Excellent communication skills, Ability to work collaboratively within a valuation team, Commitment to providing high-level stakeholder support, Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, Good time management skills, Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, Enthusiasm and self-motivation
Nice to Have
Prior experience in the property risk and/or insurance environment, Knowledge of, or prior experience in, Natural Catastrophe Loss Modelling, Knowledge of NFPA and FM standards, Commitment to provide quality support to the stakeholders, Self-discipline with the ability to maintain focus, effectively manage time, and consistently meet deadlines while working independently in a remote environment, Basic to Medium technical property risk engineering expertise, Excellent time management capabilities, Proven interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
What You'll Do.
Prepare property risk survey proposals
Liaise with clients and brokers
Coordinate field logistics
Manage project documentation
Ensure timely communication
Support Natural Catastrophe team
Assist with modelling efforts
Develop research summaries
Integrate data with GIS tools
Manage administrative follow-up
Coordinate with clients
Monitor progress at sites
Adhere to Property Risk Consulting SOPs
