What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related manufacturing operations, Advanced SAP experience, including materials management or production planning modules, Advanced understanding of MRP/ERP planning processes, Ability to analyze data, interpret capacity constraints, and make sound decisions independently, Effective communication and relationship building able to influence within cross functional environments, Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and adapting to schedule changes
Nice to Have
Proficiency using planning or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
What You'll Do.

Ensure efficient workflow and on time delivery
Align with demand forecasts
Review MRP signals daily
Create or update work orders
Proactively communicate changes
Identify and resolve constraints
Lead weekly capacity and production meetings
Drive accountability for scheduled execution
Maintain key master data elements
Review and respond to ECR/ECO
Respond to Quality Notifications
Assemble and release work-order packets
Analyze workorder variances
Support root-cause investigations
Close orders in alignment with standard processes
Support introduction of new tooling
Coordinate with tool room and operations teams
Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Follow site safety protocols
Identify potential hazards
