What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience, 8+ years hands-on marketing operations experience, Experience supporting RFP processes and vendor selection, Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder CRM initiatives, Experience handling escalated customer or reservation-holder issues related to marketing data or assets, Advanced Jira experience (project setup, workflows, ticket management), Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience (supporting campaigns, coordination, data quality), Sigma experience (querying, validating data, building reports and dashboards), Practical experience using AI tools for analysis, reporting, or insight generation, Experience applying AI to operational efficiency, Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated outputs, Highly organized, analytical, and detail-driven, Comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives, Experienced working as a senior individual contributor without direct reports

What You'll Do.

Support development of RFPs

Maintain marketing and CRM dashboards

Build recurring reports in Sigma

Maintain recurring reports in Sigma

Validate recurring reports in Sigma

Maintain high standards for marketing and CRM data

Document data hygiene practices

Perform ongoing data quality checks

Manage Jira for marketing operations

Create projects in Jira

Manage tickets in Jira

Track dependencies in Jira

Coordinate CRM campaign projects

Organize CRM campaign requirements

Organize CRM campaign timelines

Organize CRM campaign handoffs

Gather and organize inputs for CRM initiatives
