Must Have
Experienced Corporate and M&A attorney with transactional background, excellent writing ability, and comfort working at the intersection of law, technology, and AI-enabled tools. Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Corporate and M&A law within a law firm or in-house environment. Background in entity formation, governance, and Delaware corporate law principles. Extensive experience in public and private M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements. Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, concise, plain-English writing. Analytical and research skills with attention to detail and editorial precision. Comfortable working with AI tools and emerging legal technologies to enhance productivity and accuracy. Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently and cross-functionally across teams. Communication skills, with ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and practitioners. Curiosity and adaptability in exploring how AI is reshaping legal practice.

Build and maintain relationships with external practitioners and legal networks to ensure content reflects real-world practice.
Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and technology teams to translate legal expertise into customer-facing solutions.
