Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering, 10 years of production planning experience, Leadership and adaptability, Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, Proven ability to lead teams, Manage escalations effectively, Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
