Must Have
7 - 10 years of experience in strategy, market research, competitive intelligence, or consulting, Bachelor's degree program in business, economics, engineering, computer science or related, Excellent research, problem-solving and analytical skills, Demonstrable ability to interpret and synthesize large amounts of data, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent written and verbal communication, Excellent presentation skills, Organized and self-motivated, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently, Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Experience in Excel modelling, Work ethic and ability to work under pressure, Ability to remain agile considering frequently changing priorities
Nice to Have

This team is tasked with identifying and delivering transformative revenue growth opportunities while also supporting broader strategy initiatives across all JLL's current and adjacent markets in commercial real estate - the largest asset class in the world. We work together with Corporate Development, Product, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital investment, and executive teams to recommend JLL's path forward to increase shareholder value. A key element of the Corporate Strategy team agenda is developing a deep and ongoing understanding of JLL's competitors and disrupters across all markets to help JLL differentiate in current focus areas, and to identify white spaces/future strategic opportunities. The Senior Specialist will work closely with the Competitive Intelligence director to research and analyze JLL's competitive landscape to provide input into ongoing strategy development, and to brief leadership on competitor activity. In addition, we will conduct broader industry and company research and analysis in response to Corporate Strategy and executive leadership needs. **Sounds like you?
