Must Have
Minimum 5-7 years in major capital project contracts and procurement, Proven experience delivering procurement for capital projects (up to $200m), background in Owner’s team or EPCM environments
Nice to Have
Degree qualification in Business, Engineering, Law, other related fields, highly regarded
What You'll Do.
Lead development and execution of Project Contracts &
Establish sourcing strategies
Define packaging strategies
Manage full Source-to-Contract lifecycle
Market engagement and EOI processes
RFT development and execution
Contract negotiation and award recommendation
Lead complex commercial negotiations
Align procurement with project schedules
Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
Support mobilisation and contract implementation
Provide expert advice on contracting models
Provide expert advice on pricing structures
Provide expert advice on key commercial terms
Monitor commercial performance of the EPC contract
Review and certify contractor payment applications
Assess and manage contract variations
Support forecasting of contract commitments
Manage contractor claims
Prepare owner responses
Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies
Build internal relationships
