3 to 7+ Years Established Continuous Improvement Experience within a manufacturing environment, Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related Sciences degrees, Operations, Supply Chain, Demonstrated background in Lean Manufacturing, data analysis, problem analysis/solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Lean manufacturing, proficiency in 5S, proficiency in Kaizen, proficiency in Kanban, proficiency in root cause analysis, Proficiency in ERP systems, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Proficiency in data analysis software
Nice to Have
Six Sigma analytical methodologies, Recognized Lean Six Sigma (Greenlack Belt) Certification, exposure to injection molding, exposure to mechanical assembly, exposure to machining processes

**Job Title:** Senior Specialist, Continuous Improvement Engineer **Job Description:** **THE ROLE** Our manufacturing site in Chaska, MN is seeking a new Senior Specialist, Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team. In this role, the new hire will drive meaningful change by leading continuous Improvement initiatives for the site and report directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager. This role will be pivotal in guiding the site through complex transformation initiatives by delivering advanced process improvements, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling sustainable business results. It is deal for whoever we hire into this role to have strong change management skills, and deep Lean / Six Sigma expertise to help the Chaska manufacturing site optimize their operational performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive long-term value. **WHAT YOU 'LL DO** * Process Analysis & Improvement: Lead process assessments and process mapping, using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
