Role Purpose The Change Manager is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and driving change activity end to end both within MPMS and with key external partners. The role ensures changes progress through the defined process efficiently, remain within agreed SLAs, and are actively managed with internal teams and partners. This role focuses on execution, discipline, and continuous improvement of the change process—ensuring momentum is maintained, blockers are surfaced early, and accountability is clear.
