As a Senior Specialist, Board Services and Office Management, you’ll develop and implement operational processes to ensure efficient board meeting execution, track and distribute confidential materials, and maintain corporate records in line with regulatory and security requirements. You’ll manage communications, meeting logistics, and support governance activities for US subsidiaries. You’ll also provide administrative support to the Office of the Corporate Secretary and the US Legal Department. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
