Achieving sales Target; Financial Targets (revenue & direct costs at country level, SEA level); Maintain status on Country readiness on all KPls as defined by Head of Surgical; Improve patients’ post operation outcome

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in Nursing, Optometry, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field, At least 8 to10 years of relevant experience in Application / Sales / Business Development in the Surgical Ophthalmology equipment or Consumables products, Previous operating room experience required, Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Demonstrates initiative through problem-solving and system thinking, High customer orientation with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision to follow through objectives, Demonstrates flexibility in operational style to meet requirements or multi-culture position, Good command of written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally to a wide variety of audiences, Comply code of Business Ethics
Nice to Have
Experience with Ophthalmology Surgical equipment in Phacoemulsification system and Vitrectomy System highly desirable

Single point of contact for Product information
Sales & application support
Achieving sales Target
maintaining Sales & Market Intel of competition
Developing & Training of KOLs
and application colleagues
Conducting product demos
and in-services to customers
Supporting local and regional marketing events
Maintain status on Country readiness on all KPls as defined by Head of Surgical
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs
leveraging analytical skills to assess performance and adjust tactics as necessary
Liaise with expert roles in case of more in-depth technical/clinical knowledge of a certain product is required to generate demand and/or implement solutions with excellence communication and problem-solving skills
Always develop selling Skill
Positive Attitude or personal behavior for enhancement customer value
team achievement and improve patients’ post operation outcome
Align with ZEISS agenda 2030 and ZEISS policy announcement in the future
