As Senior Specialist, Account Based Marketing (ABM), you will play a key role in building, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns targeting priority commercial real estate accounts. Working within the Campaign teams, you will create and manage audience segments, analyze campaign data, develop custom web experiences, and ensure smooth integration across marketing technology platforms. Your hands-on technical and analytical skills will help drive high-impact marketing initiatives and measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Platform Management • Build and manage audience segments, workflows, and campaigns in ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or similar) • Set up and run email campaigns, nurture sequences, and landing pages using marketing automation systems (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot) • Develop custom landing pages and web experiences using low-code/no-code content platforms (e.g., Folloze, Uberflip) • Partner with marketing operations, digital, and paid media teams to ensure seamless connections between ABM, automation, ad tech, and CRM platforms Data Analysis & Optimization • Monitor and analyze account and campaign performance using marketing and advertising platform analytics • Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment • Conduct quality control across data endpoints and reporting for account-level engagement Troubleshooting & C
