About the Role We're hiring a Senior Talent Sourcing Strategist to shape a more strategic, intelligence-led, and high-impact approach to talent generation across Nscale. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of advanced sourcing, talent intelligence, market research, and recruiting partnership, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, engage, and inform talent decisions in complex and highly competitive markets. You'll be responsible for building targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, uncovering passive talent through multi-channel sourcing techniques, and translating external market insights into practical recommendations that improve hiring outcomes. This role is important because it strengthens the quality of Nscale's top-of-funnel activity, helps hiring teams understand where and how talent can be found, and brings more structure to pipeline strategy as the business scales globally.
