Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or equivalent practical experience, Significant experience in strategic sourcing and complex contract negotiations specifically within Professional Services (IT and non-IT), Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and effectively manage a portfolio of supplier agreements in the Professional Services category, analytical skills with the ability to identify potential issues, propose solutions, and balance interests to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership, Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management, In-depth knowledge of best-in-class Sourcing, Contracting, and Vendor Management processes, ideally within a complex organizational environment, Customer-centric approach, with a focus on understanding business needs and delivering solutions that provide maximum value

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing processes for Professional Services
