The Role T1 Energy is looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to help scale recruiting across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Manufacturing functions. This person will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping close high-quality talent across technical and operational teams. The ideal candidate gas experience recruiting for complex industrial manufacturing organizations and knows how to find talent in competitive markets. This role requires someone who moves quickly, operates with urgency, and is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
