What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Passed or pursuing Advanced Certification from Court of Master Sommeliers, Current work authorization in the United States, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Proficiency with email, Proficiency with OneDrive, Proficiency with Excel, Proficiency with Word, Minimum five plus years in F&B industry, Three plus years in Sommelier role, Italian wine knowledge, Italian culinary knowledge, Professional verbal communication, Written communication, Ability to multitask, Bi-lingual in Italian/Spanish

Maintain wine program
Partner with Outlet Managers
Oversee beverage program profitability
Partner with bartenders
Ensure beverage requisitions are accurate
Develop catering offerings
Check BEOs for private party orders
Communicate wine product needs
Communicate wine product issues
Communicate changes to wine program
Train staff on regions
Train staff on varietals
Train staff on terroir
Train team members on new products
Inform team about unavailable items
Inform team about changed items
Lead Front Of House team
Complete monthly inventory
Complete weekly ordering
Manage day-to-day operations
