What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8+ years enterprise B2B SaaS sales, Proven track record closing $100K+ ACV deals, Experience selling complex technical products, Experience closing multi-stakeholder deals, Ability to build and close pipeline, Experience with usage-based pricing models, Experience negotiating enterprise contracts, Commercial judgment, Experience contributing to GTM processes, Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, Authorization to work in EU/Schengen, Fluent German, Professional English
Nice to Have
Experience selling AI agents, Experience selling generative AI, Experience selling workflow automation, Experience in early-stage startup environments, Experience contributing to scaling GTM processes, Experience working with product/engineering, Experience selling into BPO/RPO/shared-services DACH
