Drone-as-first-responders (DFR) operations experience, Extensive product knowledge on commonly used Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) products, Extensive knowledge of situational awareness/real-time information software systems, Extensive knowledge of evidence management systems, Extensive knowledge of Video Management Systems (VMS), Working knowledge of API integrations

Understand needs and develop tailored drone solutions
Conduct product demonstrations
Ensure technology integration
Assist with coordination of pilot programs
Provide technical support for pilot programs
Gather and analyze customer feedback
Inform product improvements and enhancements
Support development and execution of customer projects
Develop Customer Success Plans
Assess dock installation site readiness
