Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, supporting prospects and customers throughout the sales and solution evaluation process. Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-value sessions, and solution presentations in meetings, conferences, and virtual environments. Manage and coordinate all technical requirements during the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities. Respond to RFPs with detailed technical and functional input, clearly articulating solution value and architecture. Translate customer requirements into structured technical solutions and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings. Communicate customer feedback and technical insights to product management to influence future enhancements and roadmap decisions. Support solution design and implementation guidance based on customer-specific technical environments and requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or CISSP certification is a plus. 6+ years of experience in software or application development using technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, PHP, or similar. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software delivery workflows. Experience in a customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, pre-sales, consulting, or technical advisory. Solid understanding of application security principles, including vulnerability management, code analysis, and penetration testing concepts. Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience in project management or technical consulting is an advantage.
