What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in presales Solutions Engineering for SaaS or enterprise software, Experience navigating complex buying procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and multi-stakeholder dynamics, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent experience., Broad technical knowledge, Advanced communication skills, Structured approach, Discovery, Objection handling, Storytelling, Demonstrations, Executive communication, Ability to adapt quickly to new verticals, buying processes, and compliance frameworks, Foundational understanding of common enterprise software architecture patterns (C4 Model), Cloud infrastructure (Docker, Azure, AWS), Troubleshooting DNS, proxies, firewalls, Grasp of LDAP and SSO (Azure Entra, Okta, SAML), Familiarity with common compliance and regulatory frameworks, Print, Workflow, and Output Automation across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises environments common in regulated industries, bash, SQL, RESTful APIs
Nice to Have
Experience with complex sales cycles and regulated procurement vehicles (RFP/RFQ) in both SLED and Healthcare environments, including channel-led vertical delivery, Exceptional written and presentation skills across government, clinical, and business audiences, English language additional language skills valued for allied-nation and coalition engagements
