About the role: As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the ultimate trusted advisor for Tempo’s Strategic Portfolio Management and enterprise agility solutions. Reporting to the Solutions Engineering leadership and based in Sydney, you will champion our SPM vision to mid-market and enterprise accounts across the APAC region. This role requires a blend of deep technical mastery, business acumen, and a passion for value-based enterprise sales. You will translate complex organizational challenges into elegant SPM frameworks, demonstrating how Tempo’s platform and AI-driven capabilities unlock predictive forecasting, optimize resource allocation, and drive measurable business outcomes from C-suite strategy down to execution teams.
