Open to occasional travel and onboarding sessions with the team in NYC / EMEA as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering role, ideally within B2B SaaS, with direct exposure to enterprise customers, Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and confidently engage with enterprise stakeholders, Commercial Acumen: You understand sales processes and can creatively translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions, Relationship Building: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients, particularly within infrastructure teams on deployment requirements, Hands-on experience with API integrations, OAuth, and authentication/authorization concepts, Hands-on experience with JavaScript and/or Python for scripting, integrations, or demos, Hands-on experience with Containerization and orchestration concepts (Docker, Kubernetes), Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, including integrating applications into CI/CD pipelines, Hands-on experience with Networking fundamentals, security best practices, and observability concepts, Solid understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and common cloud services used in modern SaaS architectures, Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI/LLM platforms, including concepts such as: LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), agents, and orchestration frameworks, Integrating AI capabilities into workflows or customer-facing solutions, Exposure to ML infrastructure or AI-enabled automation platforms, Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical training, Active in technical communities or have experience contributing to or working with open-source projects, Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation, integration, or iPaaS tools, Comfortable collecting, analyzing, and using data to improve pre-sales processes, POCs, and customer outcomes
