What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years experience supporting software implementation, Full-stack experience, React, TypeScript, Node.js
Nice to Have
HIPAA, FHIR, HIE, IHE, EHRR, NPI, TEFCA, ADT, HL7, HEDIS, RAF, SNOMED, LOINC, ICD-10
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact
Conduct discovery calls
Participate in weekly syncs
Maintain customer relationship
Provide technical expertise
Troubleshoot and debug issues
Manage customer requests
Update team on customer status
Communicate product updates
Participate in sprint planning
Manage APIs and integrations
Work with customers from onboarding to production
