POSITION OVERVIEW As a Solutions Engineer at Maven AGI, you will be a critical member of our go-to-market team, driving the adoption of our AI solutions. Your role involves understanding customer challenges, designing tailored solutions, and demonstrating how our technology delivers tangible business value. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Technical Demonstrations: Lead compelling technical demos and proof-of-concept exercises that guide prospects through the art of the possible with AI-powered customer support. - Solution Design & Scoping: Partner with sales to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions, scoping engagements that address specific pain points and deliver measurable ROI. - Customer Discovery: Engage directly with customers—from VPs of Support to CTOs—to understand their business goals and technical requirements, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. - POC Ownership: Run proof-of-concept engagements as the primary technical resource, ensuring successful outcomes that build confidence and drive deals forward. - Implementation Planning: Build clear implementation plans that capture
